Went today 6/18/26 to pick up my order. Second time because torrid decided to split my order. Walked in, no one was around. I waited for about 5 min, the gal that came out of nowhere was very rude! Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, she has black hair in her early 40s. This has been the second time she has been rude. She looked like she couldn't be bothered. Virginia is not a very pleasant sales associate. She made me feel like I was a bother. Last year when I went to this store the girls there were so pleasant. I will not go back I will travel a different direction. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Staff was very helpful, the store is organized and clean, and they always have a large selection to choose from.

Went there about 2 weeks ago to purchase a few pairs of jeans for work and a bra. The younger associates helping were amazing in helping me get sized for the bra and finding jeans. Upon checking out I couldn't locate the one helping me so an older associate checked me out instead. She was not friendly, and since my bra had to be ordered and shipped to me she took my address. I tried telling her my apartment number and she brushed me off. While verifying my address on the card reader/screen I informed her it didn't show the a... read more
