Stopped in to use my Torrid Cash on 9/30 and I’m assuming the key holder greeted me. She was the only one on the floor and asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. I came in to specifically try on jeans which of course means several pairs. No one checked on me while trying on and I came out with none of what I tried on because they only had sizes too large or one size too small. Seems like a cool place. Havent bought or had a full tour yet.
One of the employees actually told me that my boobs were saggy and the manager was standing right next to her then said nothing to her. I'm the 30 G - H girl that you had measured and then insulted my body. If you're smaller than the workers, they'll insult you here.
Wasn’t greeted or helped and then an employee talked crap about me for using a dressing room. Have always loved Torrid. Worst experience I’ve had was at this location.
