This review is not specifically for the Torrid store, but for Torrid online and international orders - which as a Canadian - we are considered! Attempted to return an item, received an email confirnming accepted with directions to go to DHL site to process. Turns out this isn't an option in Canada and there was never any clear information regarding the cost to return etc. When chatted with their Chat line - simply horrid customer services. Lesson learnt, Shop Canadian!
I had grabbed the wrong sized jeans when I was in a rush one day, then when I came back to exchange them, I had received help from Shannon. She was amazing, and really helped find pairs that I was comfortable in!
I bought a lovely maxi dress today for my daughter's upcoming grad and the ladies there were so helpful, finding me items I hadn't even considered and making sure I had lots to try on and consider. The quality of Torrid's clothing has always been great but now that I have seen how great their customer service was, I will definitely visit in store again.
I bought the most comfortable bra I have ever owned. I only bought one because it seemed quite pricey. That is until this morning. I am definitely going back for at least one more before going home. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I felt silly getting help buying the right bra, at 55 you would think I knew what I was doing. But I have only ever gotten Store Brand name bras I am impressed and humbled.😁
I walked into the store on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 just before the store was getting ready to close. I was feeling so broken. Hating the way I felt about myself while trying on clothing. I had a huge event coming up and I needed clothes so I could look presentable, and knowing I had a gala to attend. I explained everything to these beautiful ladies.
