I walked into the store on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 just before the store was getting ready to close. I was feeling so broken. Hating the way I felt about myself while trying on clothing. I had a huge event coming up and I needed clothes so I could look presentable, and knowing I had a gala to attend. I explained everything to these beautiful ladies. I went to the Crossiron Mills location in Calgary for a wedding guest outfit. My friend and I were helped by Kayley-Ann. I ended up with an outfit that i wouldn't have picked on my own but ended up as the most pleasant of surprises in how amazing it looked.
