I love this Torrid! This location always has a great selection for the plus sized girlies, maybe because this location has tons of stores around to compete with. They are so friendly, down to earth and helpful here. 10/10 recommend!
No one at this location knows how to do their job. I went in a couple weeks ago to pick up a package and it took multiple girls to find it, then didn’t even pull up the right information on their computer and almost kept my package from me. Then I went in again a few days ago just to shop for a blouse and no one helped me because they were too busy talking until another customer interrupted them and I finally got greeted after being in there 30 minutes.
