Melissa was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I've never experienced a sales associate who was so incredibly helpful & actually cared about helping me feel good about myself. We loved our experience with her. She helped me for at least an hour finding whole outfits, my correct size in pants/shirts, sized me for a new bra, ran around being so incredibly helpful & amazing. 10/10 experience & I will 100% be coming back. She has an amazing passion for helping customers & has great style choices.
Great place for plus size clothes
Meh. It's a Torrid. The first person we encountered didn't really smile or engage is. Their clearance prices weren't updated on the tags. The woman said I could just bring her whatever and she'd price check it. After the third shirt - Pass. We just left.
Fabulous staff and sale racks
Honestly, their quality has diminished. Friendly Staff
