No one at this location knows how to do their job. I went in a couple weeks ago to pick up a package and it took multiple girls to find it, then didn’t even pull up the right information on their computer and almost kept my package from me. Then I went in again a few days ago just to shop for a blouse and no one helped me because they were too busy talking until another customer interrupted them and I finally got greeted after being in there 30 minutes.
Every time , I come to this store they have a closed for a break. It so frustrating especially cause now they close at 7pm.
I’ve been shopping at this location for YEARS. And unfortunately the store has gone extremely downhill. Not only do they close EARLY (and earlier) but they are, I’m assuming, understaffed or doing what they want because why did I come to this location at 2:50 and they have a sign saying they’re on “break” until 4:15 pm????? And they close at 7??? Someone is allowing them to take long breaks and I didn’t want to wait for the store to open back up just to grab a package I’ve been expecting.
