Every time , I come to this store they have a closed for a break. It so frustrating especially cause now they close at 7pm.
I’ve been shopping at this location for YEARS. And unfortunately the store has gone extremely downhill. Not only do they close EARLY (and earlier) but they are, I’m assuming, understaffed or doing what they want because why did I come to this location at 2:50 and they have a sign saying they’re on “break” until 4:15 pm????? And they close at 7??? Someone is allowing them to take long breaks and I didn’t want to wait for the store to open back up just to grab a package I’ve been expecting. WAY overpriced repetitive styles. I don’t recommend shopping here. Plain black dress discounted to $75 from $100? That’s just ridiculous.
Jennifer gray the store manager was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me find a shrug in a specific color to go with a dress I really wanted. She saw it online but it would not let her order it even though it showed they have 600 of the color wanted. She called torrid customer service with determination of finding it for me.
