I love the clothes at Torrid and the sales people are so friendly. Great sales and rewards/points program.
The people who were working the day I picked up one of my online items were so nice. However, apparently, my other item had been canceled by this store. I never received any kind of communication about this. I was waiting and waiting until I contacted customer service and was then informed of the cancellation. What makes matters worse is I had bought the items during a massive sale with my rewards I had saved up and my birthday coupon, which they didn't automatically give back to me. I recently placed an order online. The moment I received the order confirmation and realized that the shipping and billing address was an old address, I contacted customer service. About 24 hours later I received a response that told me that once an order is placed it can not be changed or altered. If the package is undeliverable and returned to the warehouse, only then would I be refunded. It hasn't even been shipped at this point. There is no signature needed for delivery so how would they know if the address isn't correct... read more
I've been to other Torrid locations in Canada, but Bayshore's is by far my favorite! The staff are so sweet and helpful. The store is so spacious and clean. I always have a good time at this location :)
