Consistent superior customer service. Jill always greets me with a big smile, She is familiar with all the merchandise, and clearly enjoys being of service. Jill is polite, professional and very efficient. I am convinced that I enjoy shopping (and spending) at the store much more because of her presence. As a former trainer in customer service, I want to congratulate TORRID for having picked this gem.
