Terrible experience every time I go in this store. I am never acknowledged I’m in the store but you hear them talking to other customers. Never asked if I need any help or assistance. Employees need better customer service.
I always have a great experience at this place. The staff are helpful and encouraging. Great selection of styles and sizes for plus size individuals. Definitely my go to shop in London.
Super sweet people,they will remember you by name if you come in a lot, super cute outfit for plus size women, pricey but worth it, beautiful store nicely organized and clean.
