I thought Great Customer Service was a thing of the past but I was wrong. Especially when it comes to this store. Not only was the manager (Emily)exceptional but when I walked in a young lady by the name of Andrea took exceptional care of me. Both Emily and Andrea went above and beyond to make me re think that great service still does exist.These ladies are great representatives of Torrid. Thank you. Kudos Ladies. Keep up the great work.
The lady (Ellie, I think her name was) was very helpful and inviting while assisting my wife in sizing and finding what we need. The associate made the experience painless and enjoyable. Thanks!
Great customer service, the worker helped me pick something out, (spent more then I intended) but I got 2 tops and a nice skirt, Melissa, was the 1 that helped me, I even had some torrid birthday cash I used, will be going back.
Thank you to Braedon and Natalia for making me feel so at ease here! Bra shopping can be such a pain, but Torrid not only offers quality products, but top of the line staff too! Looking forward to coming back.
