Went here earlier today to look around with my sister and Cara was so helpful for us. Helped us find the right bra size, which I never have been properly fitted before and also had helped me find a style in my size to online order since the store didn’t have it. Cara is very helpful and kind and I’ve never met someone so customer oriented.
I went to the location in valley hills mall today, and the lady that helped me was so friendly and kind! It was my first time ever going in there and she helped me find the perfect jeans!( forgot to get the associate s name) 10/10 highly recommend !
A huge shout out to Teresa and Cara! I was in desperate need of new pants and Teresa literally found the perfect fit for me on the first try! Cara was incredibly sweet and patient as we both bumbled with the stores struggling internet connection. I'll definitely be back to see these hype girls.
Staff here is always so friendly and helpful. Torrid has the distinction of being the only "big girl" store left in Hickory.
