The person who helped me was very nice The only complaint I have is they don't have a lot of pretty blouses with long sleeves. I prefer a longer sleeve over a short sleeve.
We had such a wonderful experience. It was my friends first time at Torrid. Our salesperson was Stephanie...she was exceptional. My friend walks with a walker and I walk with a cane. She helped us get our merchandise. She had a lot of patience. We kept apologizing but all she said was no worries. Such a great attitude. We both purchased items and we will definitely be back. Thank you Stephanie for your kindness.

Horrible customer service. Came to return a bra I bought for my mom online. I thought policy was 60 days from delivery date but it was 60 days from the day I placed the order, even though it doesn’t clearly specify that in their policy. I was 2 days past the 60 days from order date. Policy says something like "60 days from purchase" but a purchase isn't complete until I receive the items I paid for, so get a better copywriter, Torrid.
