I used to live close by this one. Now I have to go to the scrappy one in south gate. If you can drive come to this one.
I love this location because there's always plenty of parking. The store is clean and the associates are always helpful.
The workers are not the friendliest, I always go to this torrid because is closer to where I live but this girls always look mad,they never smile,kind of uncomfortable to be honest.
On April 26, I was shopping in Torrid Cerritos, the store was busy however, Justine took time to assist with styling me. She was very kind and professional at a time when Customer Service is almost extinct. I really like this location and they have a number of cool outfits.
