Hi! I feel bad writing this because one of the girls there was so helpful, but the other one was not at all. ShiSha was amazing, and would be the only reason I come back to this torrid again in the future. The issue was with cashier named Caitlin. I felt very rushed today when being checked out, and the over all demeanor was rushed. I live two hours away, and when I got home two of my clothing items still had sensors on them. They are always so so nice at this store. The manager and all the coworkers have been nothing but kind every time I’m in there. They’re always trying to get you the best deal, and if they don't have something in stock they always offer other ways of getting it. Life has been busy, and I had forgotten all about an order I placed until the last day I was able to get it. I called and they were kind enough to hold it for me an extra day. I truly appreciate them! Best Torrid in the area hands down!

I really appreciate this store. The people are always nice and friendly. It does cater to the curvy women of all types from head to toe. I rarely buy the clothing only because it's not my style. Don't get me wrong there are some very cute outfits and dresses, but I go for bras, shoes, leggings, and long necklaces. The shoe styles, selections, and quality is outstanding. The only thing for me is that some of the strappy and open-toe shoes are too wide for my feet whereas the length is perfect. Why they do not have more shoes ... read more
Maybe it was an off day…Staff did not greet nor speak, in general. I finally approached for a dressing room, after picking up items. Took my money elsewhere.
