What a great store and the support staff is super helpful. Angela in particular was a dream. She helped me and made my shopping experience a great one!
Both times I have been here the employees have been absolutely lovely. Particular shout out to Shasha (whose name I may be misspelling), and Kaitlyn (whose name I may also be misspelling now I think of it.
Hi! I feel bad writing this because one of the girls there was so helpful, but the other one was not at all. ShiSha was amazing, and would be the only reason I come back to this torrid again in the future. The issue was with cashier named Caitlin. I felt very rushed today when being checked out, and the over all demeanor was rushed. I live two hours away, and when I got home two of my clothing items still had sensors on them. They are always so so nice at this store. The manager and all the coworkers have been nothing but kind every time I’m in there. They’re always trying to get you the best deal, and if they don't have something in stock they always offer other ways of getting it. Life has been busy, and I had forgotten all about an order I placed until the last day I was able to get it. I called and they were kind enough to hold it for me an extra day. I truly appreciate them! Best Torrid in the area hands down!
