The sales associate was incredibly helpful. We felt like we were shopping with a personal style assistant. I've been struggling to find my daughter jeans that fit well that she liked the style of, and she was able to listen and find the perfect pairs. I wish I remembered her name, stared with an L. She made this a fun and positive experience (which isn't guaranteed when shopping for teenagers!)
Felt harassed while there with my boyfriend and his daughter. Went in 5/31/26, the red head greated us and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I said no thank you, just looking. They proceeded to ask again after I said that, and I repeated no we were fine, just looking. We walked a little further in and she asked again how we were, not even 3 mins later. Service was great! Amanda was so helpful and friendly. Options were a little limited but still a good store experience. Web ordering was SUPER easy and the free shipping is nice if you order in store
