What is going on at Ohio Torrid stores? This place had the worst customer service. The girl didn’t even get off her stool behind the counter to help me at all. Waited until my arms were overflowing to get me a fitting room. I was the only one in the store. I was trying to find jeans. We all know how that goes. You end up trying on 15 pairs trying to find the right size and fit. Nothing. I had to keep getting dressed and leaving the fitting rooms to get my own sizes. The lady working was very helpful and polite. Escorted me to a dressing room. Helped me find bras that would fit. Exceptional customer service.
They closed 30 min early today…
