Staff gave me a hard time trying to go in and return a mail order. Acted like they didn’t do them there at first then pushing me to shop while there. Said I “looked like I was having a bad day”. It wasn’t outright rude but unnecessary for sure. Never had such a weird customer service experience anywhere. Said their location is closing July 25 and I’m not surprised because this interaction would stop me from ever returning personally.

WONDERFUL SERVICE, AND LOVE THE CLOTHES! The striped culotte jumpsuit is extremely comfortable and fits lovely. I'm 5'2 and it hits above my ankle and I love it that way. Took a trip to the Mall on 6/12/25... walked past this store and at noon, it was closed up and dark. At least 3 tubs of USPS were stacked outside their front doors... looked abandoned.
On my lunch hour trying to pick up an online order. Sign on the door says back in 15 minutes. I’ve been waiting 30!!!
