Went to exchange an item I ordered online. They didn't have the item but told me they could exchange it for me online and ship the correct one to me. Great! Unfortunately the girl who helped me was new or just didn't know what she was doing. Took ages and she needed help from someone else several times. Eventually I just got tired of her trying to work it out and just said forget it, I'll do a straight return.
