The I was there at about 4:30pm oh 3/6 and the girls working were great, despite not having my size in store. I prefer not to order online so I can try them on first so I unfortunately left empty handed. I went to the store st the mall and got there at about 6:30pm. The girl at the mall store (pink or purple hair) never offered any assistance. I only saw one person working and didn't see any other customers inside.
They give you enough space but are ready to help the moment you need them. Love it. Starting to get the goth bent to clothes back, thank fudge. EDIT: 1/15/26: well they are still amazing, still have adult Goth/Rocker/Hippie stuff as well as cute, sweet, and stylish clothes for everyone

My sister and I (who are Hispanic) are returning customers and we went to Torrid in Hamburg yesterday evening ready to buy several items. There were two caucasian women working and we were the only customers in the store at that time. Upon entering, one clerk was on the phone and unable to greet us. We continued to shop, but after the clerk had finished with her phone call, she continued with her duties without greeting us.
