My sister and I (who are Hispanic) are returning customers and we went to Torrid in Hamburg yesterday evening ready to buy several items. There were two caucasian women working and we were the only customers in the store at that time. Upon entering, one clerk was on the phone and unable to greet us. We continued to shop, but after the clerk had finished with her phone call, she continued with her duties without greeting us. They give you enough space but are ready to help the moment you need them. Love it. Starting to get the goth bent to clothes back, thank fudge.
My favorite place to shop. It’s a little pricy but if you catch the sales it’s not too bad. Customer service is always great. The employees are always super friendly
