Brittney was AWESOME! She was super friendly and helpful. I drove 2 hours just to get a pair of jeans from there and she made it a great experience!
Took my wife to Smithfield location store to return a pair of paints she had ordered that was to big. My wife wanted to exchange for smaller pair but the lady told her it had been past the time allowed to return or exchange even with a receipt and all tags still on. Then 85 dollars for a smaller pair these aren't even name brand jeans. My wife can find another store to buy clothes from I will never give this place another dollar of my money
Today, I picked-up two orders from the Torrid in Smithfield, NC. One order's packaging was fine, but the other looked like someone had opened it and then taped the package closed ( there was a lot of tape). Since, I have had external packaging of items from other companies not look so great in the past; I first chalked it up to either the package opened somehow during shipping, or whom handled the packaging during shipping did not handle it with care.
