I went to this location to do a return of a product only available for purchase online. The manager was extremely nice and helped me with my return and because the product is only sold online I was not sure of what to buy for what I was looking for. One of the sales associates helped me find the right product on their website and he was so amazing. Friendly staff and very helpful.
I was seeking bras and knew my size. Of course there were none in my size. The salesperson said that it was available I a larger cup size than I needed but it is basically the same. It definitely is NOT. The underwire is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever worn. Torrid is NOT the place to purchase bras.
Brittney was AWESOME! She was super friendly and helpful. I drove 2 hours just to get a pair of jeans from there and she made it a great experience!
Took my wife to Smithfield location store to return a pair of paints she had ordered that was to big. My wife wanted to exchange for smaller pair but the lady told her it had been past the time allowed to return or exchange even with a receipt and all tags still on. Then 85 dollars for a smaller pair these aren't even name brand jeans. My wife can find another store to buy clothes from I will never give this place another dollar of my money
