Went in to pick up partial order on the 22nd Had to return one item. While I was there i ordered one shirt, and bought another. While using my Torrid card it declined by swiping, the cashier went to the other register to "Look up my card account" then back to the register to check out my 1 shirts $25 and order my 2nd shirt $53. I looked at my statement and there's a random $233 charge that I did not make as a 3rd transaction. All of these transactions happened on the same day. Called fraud line today to close down my card. Great place and friendly associates!
I went to this location to do a return of a product only available for purchase online. The manager was extremely nice and helped me with my return and because the product is only sold online I was not sure of what to buy for what I was looking for. One of the sales associates helped me find the right product on their website and he was so amazing. Friendly staff and very helpful.
