I don't understand why the workers in the store are dressed so baggy. This is a nice store and would be nice to have them working in professional clothing.
Spent over an hour here with my wife. I repeatedly got her multiple size exchanges while the two employees and a friend/boyfriend chatted and laughed at the register. The new location is much nicer and cleaner than it was in the mall, but the customer service is a joke. Pathetic. *UPDATE* I will say that I never saw the message from the owner/manager and never reached out, but that 6 years has gone by and the customer service experience by and large remains the same every time I've been here.
Very happy with the service here. The staff were all lovely! Good deals the day I went, the clearance rack was amazing!
