We used to shop at Torrid quite often and always enjoyed the store and its employees. Unfortunately, over the past year, the customer service has really changed. The last time we visited, Tiffany seemed completely uninterested in helping us. She barely made eye contact and rolled her eyes at us. We assumed she was having a bad day and gave her the benefit of the doubt. Today, we had the same experience. Cute clothes but the management is shady. Do not get the credit card there are tons of hidden fees. Lost all respect for the brand as a result.

Unfortunately torrid has lost me as a customer. Over the past 2 months ive hadcto come in multiple times to return clothes ordered online, that didnt fit. I get it, it happens. I had to size up in all sizes, making them absolutely entirely to big, hoping a belt would do. My work was not happy. When I finally received my 3rd item sized up, it was the exact opposite. I felt like id ordered from baby gap. Id spend well over 125$ to be offered 7 dollars in store credit when there was nothing appropriate in my size. I will say I ... read more

My wife addicted to this place. I’m grateful she has a place to go to get pretty clothes in her size.
