Absolutely love Torrid! They specialize in plus-size clothing & everything is so comfortable/stylish.
I visited this store today and had a very disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, the worker simply stared at me a few times but never acknowledged me or offered any assistance. I walked around for a while hoping for some help, but none came. Ultimately, I left without purchasing anything. I used to shop here years ago and always had a great experience, but this visit was a major letdown. Customer service has definitely declined, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Alyssa was amazing. I felt so good after leaving. I even came back and she was there again to help. Give that beautiful young lady a raise. Thank you for making me feel cute.
