Went into the store today not expecting much but was helped by the kindest person!! Katlyn was so friendly and knowledgable, she helped size me properly for a bra and turned what has been an awkward and nerve-wracking time in the past into a really great, comfortable experience! I walked out with a bra that fits right for the first time in my life. Cannot thank Katlyn enough for her help today!!
quality has gone downhill while prices went up. i paid $27 for ONE PAIR of tights that ripped the SECOND TIME i wore them. i will not shop at torrid anymore.
Rude staff
I love Torrid, but today I came to do an exchange in the Maplewood mall. The store is closed and it is not even 4PM. No sign on the door nothing. So inconvenient.
