quality has gone downhill while prices went up. i paid $27 for ONE PAIR of tights that ripped the SECOND TIME i wore them. i will not shop at torrid anymore.
Rude staff
I love Torrid, but today I came to do an exchange in the Maplewood mall. The store is closed and it is not even 4PM. No sign on the door nothing. So inconvenient.
I ordered an item online and it took 3 days to fill the order of 1 item and then I get to the mall after work at 5:30pm on a Friday (Sept 20) and y'all are closed?! I needed the dress I ordered for Saturday morning and there's a sign up that you won't be open until 11am on Sunday? Pretty messed up.
