I love Torrid, but today I came to do an exchange in the Maplewood mall. The store is closed and it is not even 4PM. No sign on the door nothing. So inconvenient.
I ordered an item online and it took 3 days to fill the order of 1 item and then I get to the mall after work at 5:30pm on a Friday (Sept 20) and y'all are closed?! I needed the dress I ordered for Saturday morning and there's a sign up that you won't be open until 11am on Sunday? Pretty messed up.
Seems to always be closed. Inconsistent hours much more often without notice anywhere online. Go to woodbury torrid first. Maplewood torrid isn’t the same anymore.
I needed a sweater and found it at Torrid. I had shopped many stores at the mall and Torrid was the only store that had a simple black sweater. However, the majority of their clothing are for young women, not my style. I'm over 70. The sales clerk was extremely nice and helpful.
