Love this place! Always a joy to shop here. All the ladies that work here are so sweet and helpful! They make me feel like a queen every time I step foot in the store, from setting up my changing room for me, to fetching a different size, they’re so helpful and accommodating! Honestly they’re part of the reason I keep coming back!
I usually love this store but this holiday season has been the worst. They cancelled my order three different times before finally telling me my items were out of stock (why are they even on the website and why would you let me pay for them??). When I finally did get some items, I went to go pick them up just two days before the deadline (when they cancel your order and return your items) —then I find that they indefinitely temporarily closed?? What the heck?? How am I supposed to pick up my order. Waste of my precious time ... read more

Simple story, but very long. I ordered the exact same shirt I already own but in grey. I try it on and it's a keeper. I always hand wash my shirts when I receive them and then after that, I use the washing machine on delicate cold wash and hang to dry. Anyways, I diverse. I wash the shirt and hang it to dry. The next day I went to put it on and I noticed it was quite pilled. I showed my husband and he said it looked like I have been wearing it for years. Yes, it looked that terrible.
