Simple story, but very long. I ordered the exact same shirt I already own but in grey. I try it on and it's a keeper. I always hand wash my shirts when I receive them and then after that, I use the washing machine on delicate cold wash and hang to dry. Anyways, I diverse. I wash the shirt and hang it to dry. I felt highly disrespected in the store yesterday I was Black Friday shopping with my son a woman walks up too me asks me if I’m just checking things out girl I am looking for underwear what else would I be doing? Then she comes up too me again and asks me if I want her to take the underwear up to the counter no I really didn’t I was still looking? The prices are a little high but with the sales and coupons it's not bad. My daughter and I got a great deal on shoes and we have wide feet so it's nice they have our size. Also the employees are super helpful and very professional. They got the extra distance to help you they greet you right away it's nice I will definitely go shopping here again
Always enjoy coming to the Torrid. Courtney is always super helpful and super sweet! This store shows what customer service should look like. I highly recommend this Torrid!
