Laurie was great. I called before coming in and she made me feel invited and was very helpful upon my arrival. Great store. Light selection but still worth the drive down from the Springs. You Rock Laurie.
The 5 stars is for Laurie. She is what every customer service employee should be. Friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. The store wasn't too bad either! I have bought capris and leggings from Torrid before and they hold up very well. This time I also bought a couple of bras. I have been to other Torrid stores and have found some of the clerks a bit condensing. This was not the case here. Love this store!
They are trash judge you and what your going through my card expired and I did not know long story short my mom in 1 hopi
Why I thought that this was for extremely overweight people and not just for people who are a little on the plus size I do not know, but they have sizes 16 and up. I could’ve been shopping here for years and looking cute instead of wearing frumpy baggy clothes! Laurie was so helpful and encouraging and helped me find exactly what I needed and I’m truly thankful for her kindness and expertise. I will definitely be back.
