Why I thought that this was for extremely overweight people and not just for people who are a little on the plus size I do not know, but they have sizes 16 and up. I could’ve been shopping here for years and looking cute instead of wearing frumpy baggy clothes! Laurie was so helpful and encouraging and helped me find exactly what I needed and I’m truly thankful for her kindness and expertise. I will definitely be back.
I’m a frequent Torrid shopper - absolutely LOVE their philosophy, clothes and fits. I’ve almost never had a bad experience with them. I was disappointed with this location though. The store was pretty messy and disorganized and I was not greeted or acknowledged the entire 25 minutes I was in the store. I had a few pieces I liked and was going to try on but no one ever asked how i was doing or if i need anything. I ended up putting them back and left the store.
