Updated review 9/20/2025 This is the best store I know of! The ladies here are smart, knowledgeable of the products both in store and online. Great energy, professional and attentive. It's always the same everything I visit. Thank you Ladies❤️ Quality is everything, I have things I have had for years. They don't fade or shrink. Best quality for plus size women.
This was my first time ever going to Torrid. I absolutely fell in love with the place and the employees! They helped me pick pick out a pair of jeans and a shirt and according to my style in clothes. She came up with great suggestions for other styles too. I will most definitely be going back there!!! I just wish I could remember the lady's name who helped me!
McKayla was amazing at greeting me and getting a fitting room together! The other two girls working, and one girl off shift, were very gossipy and saying things like, “it’s crowded in here!” When I was trying to shop in the clearance. It was disrespectful. I will rather drive to Overland Park next time for a better experience. Thank you for being sweet McKayla!!
