I stopped into this Torrid location hoping to find a birthday outfit, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I completely understand that associates may already be helping another customer when someone walks in. However, a simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Even a quick, “Hello! Welcome in. The store was clean and organized. To the amazing sales associate (they were all incredible) who helped me in the dressing room and suggested things I never imagined myself wearing, thank you! You have a wonderful soul and kind heart. This location is highly recommended by me. Buy the dress!
