I’ve been a loyal Torrid customer for years, but this specific location continues to be a major disappointment. Every time I shop here, the experience is ruined by rude and unprofessional staff — and worst of all, the manager. Not only does she refuse to give her name when asked, but she also gives customers dirty looks and carries herself with a nasty, unapproachable attitude. This Torrid is the best in the area. The girls are super helpful and very attentive and honest, which I value so much when I go shopping. 10/10
