I have lost 90 pounds and I’ve been having a really hard time trying to find a bar that fits. I’ve been to multiple Torrids in the last months but nothing. Tess helped me so much and she didn’t give up and she found a bar the fits me she was so sweet and comforting. If you see this Tess thank you so much! Jaz
Went in to look for shoes since I have a large shoe size that’s hard for me to find in most stores. The staff were very polite when telling me it was online. They have really good energy in the store and are always looking to help the customer when they are on a mission. I still got a product I was looking for and left the store very satisfied :)

The worst torrid location but now unfortunately the only one in the area. Orders are no longer sent with packing slips so if staff has any computer issues, you’re just told “too bad” they can’t help. Torrid isn’t worth the price or hassle anymore.
The staff are friendly and give good recommendations.
