Well .. I went shopping for a prom dress for my daughter.. let's just say I'm definitely out of my area if expertise. I was fortunate enough to talk to Robin who works there and she brought my daughter around helping with sizes and answering her questions. She found several possibilities and tried them on and picked her favorite... Thanks Robin for your assistance!!
I went in for a bra fitting and Brianna was SO helpful. She listened to what I want in and like about a bra then helped me find ones that checked off my boxes. She was really sweet and patient. Robin and Liz were friendly too.
I went to Torrid for the first time yesterday! I just want to say that the staff is so kind, so welcoming, and provide a phenomenal environment and experience. I can’t quite remember the lady’s name but her name starts with a B. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a store. She was so helpful and kind, and I’ve quite literally never experienced that kind of customer service in a clothing store. It definitely stands out. My first visit to a tourist store was yesterday, March 10. I was pleasantly surprised with the vast variety of styles and sizes. I had an outstanding sales girl named Robin. She was patient and thoughtful. We picked out several things and I tried them on and was again pleasantly surprised. The fit once we figured out my size was exceptional.
