While the employees were friendly, there seemed to be very little sense of urgency. I came in for an exchange and spent about 30 minutes in the store, despite there only being two customers there. I ended up having to come back another day because they were only able to process the return portion instead of completing the exchange. I've been to this location several times and had great customer service. I hadn't bought new jeans in a while, so today an employee spent tons of time helping me understand different types of jeans they have now to figure out what I like. Also, there are multi-speed fans in the dressing rooms.

I've been a regular at this store since I moved to the area in 2021, visiting at least once a month. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience a couple of days ago, I'm reconsidering my visits. While Jennifer, the manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with and went out of her way to assist me, I was quite taken aback by the behavior of a worker named Kimberly.
