The employees are always incredibly kind and helpful
I've been to this location several times and had great customer service. I hadn't bought new jeans in a while, so today an employee spent tons of time helping me understand different types of jeans they have now to figure out what I like. Also, there are multi-speed fans in the dressing rooms.
I've been a regular at this store since I moved to the area in 2021, visiting at least once a month. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience a couple of days ago, I'm reconsidering my visits. While Jennifer, the manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with and went out of her way to assist me, I was quite taken aback by the behavior of a worker named Kimberly.
