Sam the manager was absolutely rude. Asked for manager contact information and she wouldn’t give it. Was upset because I wanted to return/exchange 15 minutes to closing. I asked if she wanted to proceed due to her being upset and she said well you’re already here so might as well. I need someone from corporate to call me. This is unacceptable!
