Becky was amazing!! She was so helpful and kind with great energy. You can tell she loves what she does by how she interacts with customers. Truly a wizard.
Special shout out to Becky and Ashley at this Williston location. They are so attentive and helpful. I was immediately greeted by Ashley and her help was thorough. I walked in to "maybe" get a bra and walked out with so many other items that I absolutely love. Her and Becky helped me find the perfect bra which is so hard to do but Becky is seriously a tatas wizard! These two, especially Becky, keep me coming back. I used to only order online and now genuinely enjoy going in-store. Their help is above and beyond.

An absolute GEM of a store. Great selections, great sales. customer service is superb. The associates are welcoming. Becky one of the store associates that helped us shop was kind, knowledgeable and an expert in clothing styles and sizes. Highly recommend this store. We can't wait to shop here again.
I love visiting this Torrid. Everytime we are in the Burlington area, I stop in here. They have clothing we don't get at the Plattsburgh, NY Torrid and the sales associates are always super nice and helpful.
