I love this store and am always asked where I get my dresses and skirts. Wish it was a bigger store but I’m glad there’s a store I can shop in and not feel uncomfortable or get upset. Often trying on clothes ended in tears and it always hurt too much to do so.
Very good experience. I'm a larger girl so worry every time I have to buy clothes and have a tendency to give up quickly, but Becky was soooo helpful. I was shocked when I left with exactly what I came in for and only had to try on 5 pairs to find them.
Well I think I am done going to our brick and morter Torrid here in Williston. I went in looking for bras. The salesperson measured me incorrectly resulting in a purchase of 4 bras..once getting the home I tried them on once again..I tried on two to make sure it was the size and not the bra and found they were too uncomfortable to wear. I went to return them and was met with was I perceived as irritable and dismissive treatment when asked about proof of purchase. I has taken the tags off, but they were clearly from Torrid.
