I’ve shopped at torrid for over five years as the place I primarily counted on for my clothing needs. In the past torrid sizing was reliable. In December I ordered several sweaters of the size I always order and they were so big there was no way that I couldn’t return them. I usually just go in to pick up my packages of stuff I buy online but everytime I go in, I'm greeted with a smile! Everybody that I've had an interaction with has been wonderful! And I hardly ever have to wait unless there is a customer already being helped. My mom went to get me a Christmas gift from there and they helped her pick it out. They helped her with my size and the shirt she got was actually 2 sizes smaller than what I normally buy but it was a shirt that was made big and they told her I should definitely be able ... read more
I would give this company a negative star if I could. The Torrid cash rewards is a scam. There are so many loopholes that they hide behind. Since I started shopping there last year I have not been able to use ANY of my Torrid cash. It’s always something. I was told that I had to wait to “the period “ that they set. But then the Kicker after you wait for those dates, shop then go to checkout to find out you can only use $25 at a time and spend at least $50. I have $75 in cash rewards that I can not use. I had the best experience I have ever had in a store because of Susana. I had a VERY complicated issue with my store card and it took a lot of patience to figure it out. She worked and worked until she found a resolution but she had to stay over to do so! She and everyone else were so nice and patient and determined to fix my problem.
