Extremely Disappointed!!!! I’ve been a loyal Torrid customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars at your stores, but after today’s experience, I’m honestly done. I’m extremely disappointed in the lady who “helped” my daughter — and I’m using that word very loosely. Store clerk #505271 tried to sell my daughter a pair of jeans that were clearly too big for her, just to make a sale. The new management and employees there are amazing! Each and everyone of them are so nice! Im glad that the older employees are no longer there! I would come into that store before they had all left and either they didnt help at all or they did. These girls take their time to talk to everyone! They actually check to see if the item is available online first before putting it on a gift card for a even exchange! They definitely deliver! Great store. The staff is very nice. Pricey but I love the clearance racks for a good deal.
