Staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in! A lot of places don't understand how important it is to feel welcomed as soon as someone walks into an establishment, consistently. It makes a HUGE difference.
I went into the store today just to figure out my sizes since it's been a while since I've purchased anything at Torrid and my size has definitely changed since the last time I was there. Beth was amazing! She helped me find my sizes, hyped me up and gave me some really flattering suggestions. I wish I was purchasing today because she was great and I would love to work with her again.
Omg there is so much wonderful body positivity at this store. Elise helped my wife shop for clothes. My wife hates it and I know I don't make it any easier. All the associates were wonderful in helping find her things and complimenting on things that looked good. While shopping my wife had a sugar drop. Without even thinking twice Elise ran and grabbed her some sugar. That was so amazing. We will be back.

Came in to bring my wife shopping and the worker was super rude. I can’t remember her name, but she had brown hair and had it up in a bun. She kept following us around the store like we were going to steal. When we were looking at the bras and panties she kept staring at us and giggling with another worker who had black hair. I will never go back to this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
