Staff were friendly and accommodating. Kat really went the extra mile to answer any questions I had.
I literally had the worst experience in Torrid today! It was my first time visiting one of their stores. It was the Easton town center location in Ohio. Absolutely no one spoke to me, My the entire duration of the time I was in that store which wasn’t about an hour. It seemed like the employees were trying to purposely avoid me. One of my favorite places to shop. The apparel here, really fits my clothes sense. Especially on my spectrum between punk and flower child. I've been shopping at the Bond Street location, even before I transitioned. And I followed them to the new location. Sizing is always consistent, so I only really have to try on bras. No problem with the staff treating me appropriately, as I'm pretty much on a first name basis. Staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in! A lot of places don't understand how important it is to feel welcomed as soon as someone walks into an establishment, consistently. It makes a HUGE difference.
