Staff were friendly and accommodating. Kat really went the extra mile to answer any questions I had.
I literally had the worst experience in Torrid today! It was my first time visiting one of their stores. It was the Easton town center location in Ohio. Absolutely no one spoke to me, My the entire duration of the time I was in that store which wasn’t about an hour. It seemed like the employees were trying to purposely avoid me.
