Back in September this store charged me twice on my credit card $209. I brought it to the managers attention immediately and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I would have to call corporate or the credit card company. The cashier swiped my credit card 3X and assured me the transaction didn’t go through. Here we are in February with no resolution. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a VIP the second you step into a store, Torrid has you covered. No sooner do you cross the threshold than a friendly employee is there to greet you like you’re the main character in a shopping montage. Seriously, if I ever need a confidence boost, I might just walk in and out a few times for the warm welcome alone. Staff is nice but the store is absolutely filthy. My dressing room had hair, fuzz and even a fake eyelash strip stuck to the floor (next to a size sticker). Made me not want to take off my shoes. The rest of the store’s floor was a similar level of gross. They really need to sweep!
