I couldn't be happier with my recent experience at Torrid. Emily, I believe, was the one to help me and my now wife find the perfect little white dress for our court house wedding. She made us feel welcomed, safe, and so beautiful in our skin. I appreciate that places like this exist so I can have the same experiences as everyone else. Thank you, Emily!
I went in store and ordered a bra for pick up...was told it would be here a 5-7 days after ordering...7 days later and they don't have it still and told to wait until next week. I wouldn't be upset if they would have given me the correct information instead of me having to call 7 days later just to be told to wait until next week
