This review is for management specifically, as they have interrupted my shopping experience the last three times I've been into the store. Please do your employee coachings in private; doing them in the store, in front of customers, is extremely unprofessional. Please stop micromanaging your employees in front of customers; the more confident they feel, the better their sales will be. And please, don't talk about Torrid's sales techniques in front of customers; it's, again, unprofessional and very off-putting as a customer. ... read more
