Valerie is an absolute angel! I brought my mother in law by on Mother’s Day for a much needed confidence boost after a double mastectomy. This review is for management specifically, as they have interrupted my shopping experience the last three times I've been into the store. Please do your employee coachings in private; doing them in the store, in front of customers, is extremely unprofessional. Please stop micromanaging your employees in front of customers; the more confident they feel, the better their sales will be. And please, don't talk about Torrid's sales techniques in front of customers; it's, again, unprofessional and very off-putting as a customer. ... read more
Locked the doors never let anyone in today. Super disappointing.
I would like to start off by saying this store is very clean and organized. The shopping experience and clothing options were great. The reason I'm leaving the 1 star review is because of my experience with the "assistant manager." I put it in quotes because I'm not sure if she really is or was just saying that. Her name is Leah and she was not acting professional in any manner when checking my mother and I out.
