I am recanting my original post! I recently have visited this location and the manager and her staff's costumer service is exceptional.
What a great experience!! I bought a swimsuit online and tried it on in store. It did not work for me at all and the return and exchange process was super easy. Everyone who helped me was friendly and helpful with suggestions. I ended up finding a suit I loved and even got it price matched. A great location with great people!!
Went in this afternoon ready to shop for some summer pieces, the girls working there didn’t bother to greet me or anyone else walking in. They were gossiping with each other about another coworker. I wandered around until the manager or supervisor herself went and gave me a fitting room. The service was nothing compared to other torrid locations. How sad. Most of the positive reviews here are also from employees.
Wonderful staff make this store special.
