I've done a few pick up orders here and I'm always surprised at how rude the majority of their staff is. They seem to have no patience for their customers, and often have a condescending tone while speaking. They also seem to have different pick up policies depending on which employee is working. It's disappointing and frustrating as other locations have very friendly employees, with clear expectations. I wouldn't recommend shopping in this store when there is another location not far away.
Woman in the store were so helpful! So hard to find clothing you love and they make you feel great!

I am recanting my original post! I recently have visited this location and the manager and her staff's costumer service is exceptional.
