If I could give ZERO stars I would. The so-called “manager” at this place is a joke. I literally watched her being rude to both customers and her own workers — especially a young blonde girl with blue in her hair, who she decided to scold right in front of everyone like it was a public performance. Employees are sweet but I thought it was a consignment shop
Big mistake signing up for the emails. Really liked this store but 3 emails a day is a complete turnoff. Unsubcribing & won't shop there again!
Exceptional service from start to finish! Maryanne and the entire team at the Torrid store in Chesterfield went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I left feeling confident and appreciated.
