Bought two bras that were "buy one get one 50% off" and ended up paying $90; that's not buy one get one 50%. Then I went to the website and all their bras were actually marked down to 50%. Customer service won't make it right. They were also running a "sale" on their clearence clothing, though fascinating enough everything was marked $32+ I got the message loud and clear- Torrid doesn't want you in their brick and mortar locations. Don't buy in-store, you'll get ripped off.
A great place to get clothing! The kicker are the employees, Kelsey ellie faith and Courtney. They helped my girl with everything she needed. Got clothes out of the back to try and where super nice about!!! Would recommend torrid to everyone looking for clothing!!!

This is the only Torrid store I have been in that allowed a transgender person to work there. I was greeted by said transgender person, who clearly wasn't trying to be female. It made me very uncomfortable to see what is clearly a man with a deep voice, 5 o'clock shadow, and makeup on trying to help REAL WOMEN in a store for REAL WOMEN.
