The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. They helped us find items that we needed and made sure we were happy with our purchase that day. They exemplified body positivity and were supportive of my wife who is adjusting to the changes of her body that come with pregnancy.

I have shopped this location quite a bit over the years anf have been a very loyal customer but after my experience today I will never return. Courtney (per my receipt) was incredibly rude and offered no solution or empathy when discussing an online order issue. She was dismissive, cold, and talked to others in a different tone than she spoke to me. I have no idea what I said when explaining my situation that apparently triggered her. I understand retail is hard this time of year but there is no excuse for this.

I’ve always had a good shopping experience here but the lady not sure her name that was helping another employee check me out today because she was just having a little trouble which is okay .. was super sarcastic and rude !! I was already having a bad day ! Thanks ! Lol

Hands down the best Torrid! Everyone was incredibly friendly and of course there’s the iconic dressing rooms with perfect lighting, fans and even comfy seating for people waiting outside the fitting room. We were so impressed by the employees. They all deserve raises.
