I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Torrid’s online shopping service. I purchased several items online but never received a return label to send back the items I didn’t want. It’s now been almost a month, and despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support, they still can’t figure out how to send me a return label. Meanwhile, I’m stuck with clothes I don’t want and out of pocket for the money I spent. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unacceptable.
