I haven't shopped for a good pair of jeans in years but I remember the last time I did I got some at Torrid and they were great. I generally don't like to shop in-store at clothing stores as associates can be rude and suspicious but I received excellent customer service today in Torrid at Spectrum. Lynn (apologies if misspelled!) was fantastic, kind and knowledgeable. I didn’t catch her name but I most definitely will be filling out a survey. I still have my reciept. I was asked if I needed help only because I believe she thought I was going to steal something. Then she unfolds my clothes, turns my shirt inside out and rolls them up and places them in the bag. I don’t understand why. If you don’t like your job maybe you should resign.
