This is my second time visiting this location. Both times I've had the most pleasant experience. Went there to pick up online orders. The associates that assisted me were very pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations.
I placed an order online and unfortunately some of the shirts didn’t fit. I asked my daughter to go to this store for me to do the return. When she got there she was rudely told “we don’t do returns here” and “You need to try this stuff on” when clearly it was still in the clear online packaging. My daughter told her it was her mom’s online order and why can’t she process the return? The sales person then asked for the receipt (which was on the bag), my daughter had the order number and reluctantly and rudely did the return.... read more
