Nothing ruins a shopping trip faster than a manager who thinks it's appropriate to stand behind the register gossiping about her own employees. Wendy, the manager at Torrid in Brooksville, was rude, unprofessional, and seemed far more interested in criticizing her staff than helping customers. Listening to a manager speak negatively about employees in front of customers is uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. I absolutely love this store!! If I could, I would give them an infinity star rating! I was recently visiting this area of Florida and had to stop in to see what they had. I'm from Minnesota and there is one Torrid location, about 45 minutes away from me. I don't get that way alot and I don't do online shopping often. Shout out to Cayla and Melanie who were awesome staff that gave honest opinions on how clothing looked on me when I asked their opinions at this FL location.
