ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS FOR MISTAKES!! Torrid staff incorrectly processed return and shorted me money returning a cheaper item than what I requested. Once I returned home, I caught the mistake on my e-receipt and called the store. The first key holder I spoke with claimed she couldn't help me even though she was the one who made the mistake. My first time shopping a Torrid: I bought lingerie and within five wears the underwear ripped in the front on now has a massive hole in it. I washed it on delicate and lightly used it but, unfortunately the quality is too cheap and I will not be wasting my money again.
The best size inclusive place to shop in Denver metro. The staff are super friendly and helpful! Love going in to shop.
