I love this place! It's organized well, well-lit, clean. The ladies who work here are always great. Today they were super busy, their phones were down, the system wouldn't authorize Torrid cards (but would authorize other cards), and they kept their cool. Very professional while continuing to be warm and friendly, get folks into fitting rooms etc. Really impressed with them. This is just one recent example of how great the team here has always been.
Arie is absolutely amazing!! She was very accommodating with my daughter and I. Got us "personalized" fitting rooms. Offered us both many suggestions. Was sure to let us know about all the sales and "deals" that are going on. She has the sweetest personality and is so welcoming!!! Speaking of being welcoming, she did not miss a beat as far as welcoming EVERY customer that walked in the doors. I am truly blown away but tona and aria not sure I spelled the names right sorry. But they are truly the sweetest most amazing helpful girls at this location 💗 I am so happy they helped me with a bra! Truly can't say enough good about them!
I've been here a couple times and I always get amazing service. The ladies who were working this last time were so kind, helping me find what I needed and then I (as always) found way more. Spent $70 on stuff that was originally priced at $180 (two things on clearance and then half off a dress for the vday sale) it's just always such a pleasure to shop here.
