Great location. Easy to access, parking right in front of building. Everyone who works here is super helpful and kind. Great layout and selection. Found a super cute dress on clearance. Definitely going to start coming here more often!!
I love this location...I drive 30 mins just to shop. They're always so kind and professional! Andy always helps me! She's the best and always makes you feel so welcome!
The staff were great, one in particular I confided in, she was so sweet to my girlfriend taking her under her wing saying "yes gurl" all the time, I told her how I adore my girlfriend and that I will marry her one day and that I thank her for being so unbelievably nice to her, her reason why was because, what everyone has to say outside that store means crap! and that inside that store people deserve to be themselves! I loved it and will be back again soon with my love.
Repeatedly told by store manager on Saturday and Sunday that all Torrid cash would extend to Tuesday of the following week. Come Monday all of my torrid cash had expired and I was unable to utilize the deals I earned shopping over time. Over $900 of torrid cash earned, just gone due to inadequate management poorly informing customers with misinformation. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS FOR MISTAKES!!
