So I adore Torrids clothing, however their prices are pretty high. So make sure to always ask for a price match. That way you get the lower online price. Which you shouldn't have to do. The price should be the same. But it's not. If you don't ask they don't offer it. So always shop online before you go or while you're there.
If I could give 0 stars for this store I would. Beware of the people working here. They are rude, possibly racist, and misleading. A week ago I purchased two bras and confirmed with the store clerk that I could return them. Repeatedly asked questions about it and they said nothing about not removing tags. Now they won’t take it back because I removed the tags. The manager practically kicked me out of the store. I was going to spend $100 there today and probably $1000s over lifetime. Great cloths and great prices. Have already placed 2 more orders.. This is now my go to place for clothing
Angel was unprofessional, she lied about the prices and when asked if she could match the price online she said yes then said no. Prices online are less FYI, shouldn’t they match in store? Customer service sucked, someone should give her(Angel) some proper training on how to interact with people. Avoid this location just buy it online.
