Customer service is a joke here. In the last few months every time I shop at this location there is a particular sales associate that looks miserable and can’t be bothered with the customers. Clothing is also starting to show less quality but prices continue to get higher.
I usually shop at the Leominster location which I have been a long time customer who absolutely adored every crew member that has worked there. I cannot express how great they were. Since they closed, I was left with the next closest location. I had to do a return because the clothes did not fit as expected and was hoping to find replacements.
