I purchased a crewneck sweater with a rhinestone team logo embellishment. The rhinestones began shedding the first time I wore it. Complete junk. They didn’t accept a return because the tags weren’t attached despite the fact that I had my online return slip. I’ll never shop here again. Wash and toss garbage garments.

Reviewing solely for the staff. I love torrid’s clothing but the people who work there have really just solidified my want to shop online. I’ve gone into the store four times this year, and each time had someone different at the register—every single one of them was rude.
