Located in Firewheel, the parking is kinda tight sometimes. There's a nice selection of other clothing, and specialty stores around, as well as eateries nearby. The store itself is nicely stocked with items. The one sales associate they had at the location was nice enough. The problem here is the same with all Torrid stores, the sales items are not really sales items and sizes are hit or miss.

I visited this store today and I was truly disappointed. I have never shopped at Torrid before but I came in with general expectations. I was never greeted by staff, and I felt misplaced in the store. I was walking throughout the store and found pieces I wanted to try on. Not one person came up to me to offer me a fitting room nor ask me how I was finding things. However, when more people came in, they were greeted and offered a fitting room upon arrival. I love Torrid’s clothing, but I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences at the Torrid store near me. No matter how busy or quiet the store is, the staff never seem genuinely helpful. After a brief “How are you today?” greeting, it’s crickets—no offers of assistance in finding items, let alone piecing outfits together. As someone who struggles with coordinating clothing, this lack of support leaves me feeling stranded and uncertain. In contrast, when I visit Lane Bryant, the difference is night and day.
