Went today because I had received a birthday reward and wanted to spend it. What a chaotic, disorganized mess it was from online pickup taking what felt like a decade, employees who had no clue what they were doing and just a messy, crazy store. So much clutter and frankly filth. Not where I want to shop.

I went to the store at 8:25 door was closed even though they close at 9:00. An employee saw me, turned her face away, and completely ignored me. It was very rude and unprofessional.
