I visited this location to process a return and was told I had to leave and return later because the manager was on break. While I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, asking a paying customer to exit the store and come back at a different time is unacceptable. If returns cannot be processed during specific hours, there should be clear signage posted to respect customers' time. They close at 7pm most days apparently. Not 8 as the website says. I got there a bit after 6 in hope to try on some things and ended up being rushed out the door. Also, I bought a pair of panties. Wore it once and it's ripped. No returns and exchanges on panties and their online support can't help with in store orders. So I guess I have to do a charge back? Not a great first time experience at all. $55 on 6 pairs of panties and I guess I'll get one wear out of each. Terrible
Excellent! Wide selection of sizes and styles. Staff are courteous and friendly. Totally recommend!
