This place has awesome clothes and be sure to sign up for the rewards program. The coupons are the bomb !
We shop at this location every few months. Employees have always been super friendly. Unfortunately, while we were shopping there today was an absolute karen causing problems. Employees handled the situation very well and did not raise their voices once. Props to them - cause they were doing everything they could.
I don't know what is going on with the staff at the Eastgate, OH location. They are so rude and unfriendly compared to the ones that used to work there. I needed to use the restroom before I started shopping, they told me to go next door. It was pouring down rain! I am shocked that an establishment that charges $$$ for clothing wants to treat customers like we are dirty little criminals that can't use the facilities. Won't be shopping this location any time soon.
