Though I rarely shop in store, when I do, the ladies there are also more than helpful! I mostly come in to drop off returns, as I tend to order a bunch offline, and then drop off whatever doesn't fit. They're never bothered and always help me with a smile. The store is always clean and bright, and the shelves are tidy. I do wish they carried larger sizes of shoes in store (12s and 13s), but that's a big feet girl problem, lol.
Great clothes, and excellent employees! Just letting you know the stores in the mall 9/10 time do not have a bathroom. They are located usually in Jcpenny or boscovs.
There was a whole conversation going on between an employee and a old creepy dude the whole time I was here shopping.
Kim is a very nice manager. All the staff are super helpful. This is the last plus size store in my local mall and it means so much to me and others in our community that need plus size clothing this is an amazing store amazing staff. We are all so lucky to have the store thank you so much for torrid at deptford Mall
Margo was super nice and sweet! Made my visit a 10/10!!!! The other lady working was very sweet as well
