I’m a VIP customer with Torrid. On Sunday 8/30 I was The Johnson Creek toward store it was greeted with a friendly smile by a sales associate named Ophelia. I had An exchange to make, but Ophelia Accidentally processed it as a return. It was no big deal, as she said, she would probably price match the items. Good selection of styles, huge clearance rack, and friendly staff.
Angel was extremely rude, mean, and unprofessional.
Always get very anxious shopping for clothes, but the ladies here were very nice, and certainly know their stuff! Also helped me get a great deal - reward program seems pretty worth it. Highly recommend.
