Love the store wish they kept the one springfield open... It has all my sizes I want. Better selection then other stores
The staff were very helpful and helped me find a shirt I was wanting…… Very nice Staff!! Before they started closing torrid shops I was able to go to Normal and Spfld I will continue shopping at the Champaign Store
STACEY, or STACY is amazing .! I live in Springfield Illinois. Our Torrid store in our mall closed a few months ago. Torrid is the only store I have been able to find shoes that fit well and are cute for the last 10+ years.! I recently found out the store in Champaign Illinois was still open so I’ve been going there to pick up, and return items. The team there has been nothing, and I mean NOTHING BUT HELPFUL.! Great customer service over the phone. And in person.!! I highly Recommend this store.!!
