Absolutely AMAZING custom service!! Unfortunately I did not get the names of the three wonderful ladies helping me, but they made my shopping experience so easy! I went in looking for an outfit I needed tonight for my birthday and they certainly delivered! Felt like VIP service 😊

This might be my favorite store. I often visit the store in grapevine but I think I'll be switching locations. The ladies inside the store were upbeat and extremely helpful. I have NEVER purchased a bra from torrid, and let's face it if you're top-heavy, trying on bras is exhausting! But, because they actually took the time to talk about my needs/hesitations, were super supportive with bringing me different options/styles and helping me with adjustment for the proper fit...the "no bra from torrid" era has come to an end! Should've posted this review months ago. Sorry. ADH... look a squirrel! Anyhow, Atlas was a wonderful salesperson- helpful, cheerful, encouraging, funny, and professional. Truly an asset to the store. As far as the clothing goes- good quality, occasionally quirky, plus size fashion that doesn't look or feel like "fat girl" clothes. Much appreciated.
