Usually have great experiences here, but last night was extremely different. One of the employees would follow us uncomfortably close and for way too long, to start. She mentioned that a dress I was excited to try on “wouldn’t look good on me” and it was truly disheartening and made me want to just leave the store as a whole. Let people try on things they find appealing. You’re not being “helpful”.
Prob the best shopping experience I’ve had in what feels like my entire life, I went into that fitting room scared but I left confident and happy. Staff was super friendly and soft spoken so it made the experience even better for me.
Love to shop here. Beautiful clothes. The only downside is having to choose. In store pickup is great too! Staff is always kind and friendly.
beautiful ladies working 9/4 and 9/5 are exceptional. I had a mishap with my online order completely my fault and they were so kind and understanding. fixed it right up and had me on my way in no time. i was initially only going to be purchasing the one thing, but after that experience I’m already shopping online with torrid again. if those ladies see this, thank you SO MUCH for your help. I live 35 min away so your knowledgeable and kind response made everything so smooth for my drive into Denton for the week!
